What is Manufacturer’s (aka International) Warranty?
Warranty provided by the manufacturer on their product, that can be availed by taking your product to the manufacturer’s authorized service center, in case of a warranty claim.
What is Comprehensive Warranty?
Only myshop offers comprehensive Warranty, which means that in case you encounter any problem with your product that is not a user neglect, all you have to do is get your product to myshop, and from there on, myshop takes care of it! There are no hidden charges whatsoever afterwards. myshop is responsible for getting the product fixed and all charges for getting the machine fixed from the nearest authorized service center, be it in Pakistan or abroad, is bore by myshop.
What is Replacement Warranty?
So sure are we of the genuinity of our product, that if you find that the product has a manufacturing defect within 1 week of purchase, we will replace the product with a new one! Although please note that a problem in the following do not qualify for replacement warranty

What kind of after sale service & support are we talking about?
At myshop, we are not about selling laptops only. We at myshop, consider problem faced by our clients as ours, and take it as a challenge. Be it something from restoring your OS corrupted by virus, to installing Windows XP on a Vista based machine .. myshop support team is always keen to look for a solution.
What if support is required for a product bought using International Warranty?
Such services can be availed for a charge but are subject to availability of time as myshop clients always hold a higher priority.
What if I come across a problem with the machine?
In case of myshop, you just need to bring in the machine to us and we will take care of it. In case of products bought using International Warratny only, you need to take it to the manufacturer's service center. In case you are unable to proceed with the manufacturer's authorized service center, myshop may help you in claiming your warranty, or help you getting your system fixed, for a nominal charge.
